Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the definition, design, and deployment of custom engineering solutions tailored to client specifications within a high-visibility environment. Our team values cross-functional collaboration and effective problem-solving as we deliver complex, turnkey automated test and measurement solutions for critical projects.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients, sales, engineering teams, and partners to define requirements and document system specifications for custom solutions.
- Design, prototype, test, and deploy turnkey automated test and measurement solutions, ensuring technical and project milestones are met.
- Create requirements documents and statements of work, managing project plans and holding reviews to maintain readiness for deployment.
- Model, prototype, and develop mechanical system components; travel domestically as needed to support project objectives.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience within a mechanical design role.
- Proficient in 2D & 3D design tools such as Creo and SolidWorks, with strong understanding of mechanical design principles and GD&T.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with a proven history of generating technical documentation and working with external suppliers.
