Job Title: Medical Affairs Consultant IV
Join our team as a Medical Affairs Consultant IV, where you’ll use your deep understanding of industry trends to help our client achieve their medical excellence goals. You’ll be a key player in driving changes that reflect medical excellence trends in the industry, inspiring and motivating towards compelling medical excellence activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing on Medical Excellence vision and goals, ensuring consistency across teams.
  • Stay updated with relevant industry trends, incorporating insights and best practices to inform functional decisions.
  • Lead Medical Excellence for Medical Affairs Strategy to ensure consistent best practices across programs.
  • Stay abreast of cutting-edge Medical Affairs best practices and ensure the broader team is continuously educated.
  • Oversee certain Medical Strategy operational aspects and lead project management activities.
  • Develop and maintain a calendar of important meetings across programs, ensuring no conflicts and adequate resourcing.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting within medical affairs.
  • Experience in Medical Excellence/operations.
  • Experience in collaborating with Medical Affairs vendors that can provide medical excellence related support.
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications.
  • Experience in successfully leading cross-functional matrix teams.
  • Strategic thinking acumen and record of accomplishment for operational excellence.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Doctorate Degree (MD (Medical Doctor), PharmD, PhD) or equivalent preferred.
