Job Title: BIM Specialists
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of digital project delivery, including basic project management strategies.
- Collaborate on critical digital delivery initiatives and Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination.
- Support the development of digital delivery standards, processes, and tools.
- Handle project setup tasks such as model file setup, digital project setup, project access, and cloud services.
- Prepare and present digital model presentations for clients and execute changes to virtual reality simulations.
- Develop and integrate the digital delivery schedule and ensure project compliance.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor Degree in virtual design and construction, Engineering Technology, or a related field from an accredited program and 4 years of experience planning, training, organizing, and delivering complex BIM models and related digital products across project teams. OR Associate Degree and 6 years of experience. OR High School and 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Ability to learn and effectively utilize new software programs.
- Advanced knowledge of digital delivery software, standards, and project deliverables.
- Ability to integrate multiple BIM models across various software platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, facilitation, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Software: AutoDesk, AutoCAD, Revit
