Job Title: Network Permitting & Utility Supervisor
Location: Remote (Irvine-San Diego area, CA)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to secure entitlements, permits, and utility attachments for network infrastructure.
- Manage a team, oversee vendor interactions, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Represent our client before local agencies and governmental entities.
- Oversee permit package preparation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Act as the main contact for utility deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Provide research and advice on utility attachment conditions.
Skills Required:
- Experience in utility coordination and permitting.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with jurisdictional entities effectively.
- Proficiency in big data organization and manipulation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wireless, utility, or jurisdictional planning.
- Experience with public right-of-way permitting preferred.
