Job Title: Human Resources Specialist
Location: Draper, UT – Hybrid
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for all employee inquiries, ensuring a positive employee experience
- Manage all employee actions including new hires, transfers, pay changes, status changes, and terminations
- Respond to routine inquiries regarding HR matters such as policies, benefits, payroll, and paid time off
- Maintain the integrity of our HRIS (Workday) data through direct entries and periodic audits
- Coordinate new hire onboarding in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Participate in other HR initiatives and projects as needed
Skills Required:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Proficiency in Workday and strong Excel skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience
- Team player with a strong sense of urgency and ability to drive desired results
- Ability to work under pressure, manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- High professional standards with a strong customer service mentality and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail
