Job Title: PMS Technician
Location: Linwood, PA (Onsite)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations of suspected non-conforming devices and document findings in the complaint handling tool.
- Provide feedback on recurring issues and escalate complaints when necessary based on risk management guidelines.
- Manage inventory system logistics for device movement and ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of materials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless departmental support and operational effectiveness.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma and active enrollment in a University, College, or Vocational Education program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn industry-specific technical skills.
- No prior experience required, but a growth mindset and attention to detail are essential.
