Job Title: Process Development Associate

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct protein chromatography, filtration, and UF/DF operations.
- Program automation for chromatography systems and robotic liquid handling.
- Compile and analyze experimental data.
- Design and execute bench-scale experiments for drug substance processes.
- Troubleshoot processes and equipment.
- Document findings and communicate results through reports and presentations.
Skills Required:
- Hands-on lab experience in cell culture and/or protein purification.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools like Spotfire and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative work environments.
- Ability to design experiments and analyze data effectively.
- Experience in writing detailed reports from lab experiments.
- Basic understanding of protein chromatography and filtration principles.
