Job Title: Process Development Engineer
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
- Are you passionate about driving innovation in drug product development? Join our client’s dynamic team as a Process Development Engineer, where you will play a key role in advancing drug product processes and supporting critical development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement protocols for drug product characterization and process design.
- Support visual inspection objectives and maintain defect panels and GMP procedures.
- Document and execute drug product characterization studies both off-line and on-site.
- Author and manage high-quality technical documents for process technology transfer.
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and foster strong relationships.
- Provide support for manufacturing operations through troubleshooting and process improvements.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
- Proficiency in visual inspection and technical writing.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new information.
- Familiarity with electronic record keeping, GMP, and statistical analysis.
- Experience in a matrix team environment and cross-functional collaboration.
