Job Title: Product Review Engineer 4
Location: San Antonio, TX
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize extensive knowledge of engineering principles to address and resolve product and process issues throughout the product lifecycle.
- Lead research and develop solutions for technical, operational, and quality issues that cannot be resolved by the customer.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop dispositions for design non-conformances.
- Implement product and process improvements using innovative approaches.
- Analyze reported problems for potential safety issues and recommend complex resolutions.
- Provide expertise during the design phase and support Integrated Product Teams (IPT).
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or Electrical Engineering Technology.
- Over 5 years of experience in structural and electrical rework/repairs to restore aircraft or systems.
- Experience with Commercial Material Review.
- Proficient in reading and creating engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience in troubleshooting avionics systems and aircraft electrical systems.
- Certification in Materials Review Board (MRB) or Universal Product Review (UPR) approval authority.
