Job Title: Production Analyst III

Location: Owings Mills, MD (Hybrid – 2 days in the office)

Job Responsibilities:

  • The Production Analyst III will be responsible for executing daily operations and project tasks, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and within the stipulated timeframes.
  • The role involves troubleshooting and resolving incidents/problems, demonstrating a proactive approach and a strong problem-solving ability.
  • The candidate will support shared infrastructure components both on-premise and in vendor Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions, showcasing their technical expertise and adaptability.
  • The Production Analyst III will manage incidents and problems, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and effectively to minimize disruption to operations.
  • The role operates in a hybrid model, with the candidate splitting their time between our client’s location and remote work, offering flexibility and a balanced work environment.

Skills Required:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience with Confluence, Adobe Experience Manager, Job Scheduling, or Business Intelligence tools, demonstrating a strong technical acumen.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, as the candidate will be required to liaise with various stakeholders and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience in platform support for shared infrastructure components is required, showcasing the candidate’s ability to manage and maintain critical systems.
  • Incident and Problem management experience is crucial for this role, as the candidate will be responsible for addressing and resolving issues that may impact operations.
  • Experience with vendor management, PaaS supporting Content Management or Document Publishing (Adobe Experience Manager, Confluence) is preferred, demonstrating the candidate’s ability to work effectively with external partners and manage complex systems.
