Job Title: Production Assembler
Location: Fremont, California (On-site)
Job Summary: We seek detail-oriented professionals to support our team in ensuring high-quality production standards and maintaining operational efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Perform quality checks according to defined instructions, ensuring all products meet specification standards and maintain integrity throughout the process.
- Report production disruptions or deviations to manufacturing leadership promptly for swift resolution.
- Operate and set up manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently, following precise work instructions to optimize equipment performance and ensure safety.
- Maintain detailed records of daily production activities and monitor output quality, identifying faulty products for discarding or remanufacturing as required.
Required:
- High School Diploma, Vocational training, or equivalent education.
- Experience with catheter assembly tasks in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in microscope usage and working within a cleanroom environment.
- Basic computer skills for navigating digital work instructions and recording production data.
