Job Title: Project Controls Cost Analyst
Location: Akron, OH or Greensburg, PA
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multiple project managers to support various design and construction phases.
- Create and maintain cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts for internal and external use.
- Ensure accuracy in cost updates and forecasts.
- Conduct quality checks on project controls deliverables.
- Compare schedules with financial data to ensure project timeline consistency.
- Analyze project control reports and provide insights and recommendations.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel, valid driver’s license required.
