Position Overview:

  • As a Project Coordinator – SharePoint, you will play a crucial role in managing our department’s SharePoint sites, overseeing user requests, and supporting contract lifecycle management. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, contributing to the success of key business operations initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SharePoint Management: Oversee department SharePoint sites, ensuring permissions hierarchy and external partner access are maintained effectively.
  • User Support: Fulfill user requests and respond promptly to inquiries related to SharePoint functionality, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Project Staffing List: Maintain accuracy of the department’s Project Staffing list, updating as needed to reflect current staffing assignments.
  • Automated Flows: Manage automated flows for SharePoint requests, troubleshooting issues and ensuring seamless operation.
  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Support contract lifecycle management activities, including stakeholder communications and issue resolution.
  • Status Report Tracking: Oversee status report tracking for department initiatives, providing summaries and updates to stakeholders as necessary.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist with database updates, demand reports, and Excel workbook management to support business analysis and forecasting efforts.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the Biopharma industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with advanced knowledge preferred.
  • Experience with SharePoint management and user support.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to act independently.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions and issue resolution.
  • Experience with ICERTIS or similar contract management software is a plus.
