Job Summary:

  • Ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for a dynamic Project Management Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in our Supply Chain operations. This position is based in Holly Springs, NC, and will start remotely with the opportunity to transition into a hybrid role – onsite (1-2 days/week starting May 2024). Responsibilities:

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Participate in the ANC Documentation Workstream, ensuring smooth procedures and forms updates.
  • Document Management: Manage document workflows and revisions through the CDOCS system, ensuring compliance.
  • Training Development: Develop Training Assignment Profiles (TAPs) strategy and create them in the Learning Management System.
  • Metrics Tracking: Track training metrics and ensure compliance through assessments, producing insightful reports and dashboards.
  • Effective Communication: Facilitate meetings, generate minutes, and schedule follow-ups for clear communication and action item tracking.
  • Training Program Management: Collaborate with management to maintain a robust training program in the LMS, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical writing support for supply chain and cross-functional operations, creating engaging presentation materials.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to track metrics, produce reports, and derive actionable insights.

  • Adaptability: Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
