Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
- Join our team as a Project Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in our client’s strategic initiative aimed at enhancing the client experience across all touchpoints. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive significant change within a leading financial institution, overseeing multiple workstreams, collaborating with key stakeholders, and spearheading process improvement efforts in a large-scale transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage initiatives within the Client Journey Program, ensuring project milestones and timelines align with the firm’s strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with senior business leaders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, and regularly communicate with executive stakeholders.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives, driving cross-functional teams to resolve issues and remove roadblocks.
- Apply agile methodologies to project management.
- Identify and implement process improvements, using data and feedback to refine processes and enhance the client journey experience.
- Champion change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and ensure teams embrace new processes and systems.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
- Proven track record of managing and executing transformation projects.
- Experience in a PMO or Transformation Office.
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives using established methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Proficiency in SharePoint for document management, collaboration, and reporting.
- Ability to leverage reporting tools to track and communicate project progress.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using Planview for project tracking and management.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
