Job Summary:

  • Join our team as a Project Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in our client’s strategic initiative aimed at enhancing the client experience across all touchpoints. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive significant change within a leading financial institution, overseeing multiple workstreams, collaborating with key stakeholders, and spearheading process improvement efforts in a large-scale transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage initiatives within the Client Journey Program, ensuring project milestones and timelines align with the firm’s strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, and regularly communicate with executive stakeholders.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives, driving cross-functional teams to resolve issues and remove roadblocks.
  • Apply agile methodologies to project management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, using data and feedback to refine processes and enhance the client journey experience.
  • Champion change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and ensure teams embrace new processes and systems.

Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
  • Proven track record of managing and executing transformation projects.
  • Experience in a PMO or Transformation Office.
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives using established methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Proficiency in SharePoint for document management, collaboration, and reporting.
  • Ability to leverage reporting tools to track and communicate project progress.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using Planview for project tracking and management.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
