Job Title: Project Manager General
Location: Akron, OH
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage 10-20 projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project work plans with Engineering & Client Stakeholders.
- Coordinate environmental and non-environmental permitting review and submittal.
- Develop RFP packages for construction bid events and evaluate contractor bids.
- Drive schedule and project progress during construction, often on-site.
- Maintain and be accountable for project budget and financial forecast updates.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of high voltage transmission line or substation construction project management experience.
- Detailed knowledge in substations, networks/telecommunications, or transmission lines.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel within a 1-3 hr radius from reporting location.
