Job Title: QA Acceptance Inspector
Location: Woodinville, WA (Onsite)
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Quality Assurance Acceptance Inspector to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all incoming materials meet the highest quality standards, thereby supporting the overall operational excellence of our organization. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of the quality assurance processes and will work collaboratively with various departments to uphold the standards of excellence that our organisation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and create inspection plans for incoming goods at our client’s location.
- Document nonconforming materials and manage quality notifications.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain and update quality system records, ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Track and report departmental metrics, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead daily management board meetings and escalate issues as needed.
Skills Required:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using inspection tools and understanding technical documentation.
- Experience with Test Method Validations (TMV) and quality management systems.
- Familiarity with SAP (MRP/ERP) systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or related fields.
- High School Diploma or Vocational Education required.
- 3+ years in the medical device industry preferred.
