Job Title: Quality Assurance Assistant

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Quality Assurance Assistant to support our client’s Quality Assurance team, specifically within the Mapping & Records department. This role involves a combination of GIS support, database management, and administrative tasks to ensure accurate data handling and effective workflow processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support our client’s Quality Assurance team with GIS and administrative tasks related to the Mapping & Records department.
  • Assist in managing GIS sessions, generating GIS reports, and handling GIS resets.
  • Participate in Quality Assurance work order packet reviews, closure, and IT Incident ticket creation.
  • Update and maintain the Access database with necessary data.
  • Handle work order packets: receipt, assignment, log updates, file organization, and archiving.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in database entry and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience with GIS.
  • Computer literacy and effective communication skills.
