Job Title: Quality Assurance Senior Associate
Location: West Greenwich, RI (Onsite)
Join our team as a Senior Associate in Quality Assurance, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our manufacturing operations. This position requires a dedicated professional who can work independently and as part of a team, with a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Quality oversight to ensure products are manufactured, tested, stored, and distributed according to current regulations.
- Review and approve cGMP processes, procedures, documents, and records.
- Ensure deviations from established procedures are documented per procedures.
- Alert management of quality, compliance, supply, and safety risks.
- Complete required assigned training to permit execution of required tasks.
- Communicate and collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure required tasks are completed.
Skills Required:
- High school/GED + 4 years work experience or Associate + 2 years work experience or Bachelor + 6 months work experience or Masters Degree.
- GMP experience is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams).
- Knowledge of data integrity requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team structure.
- Experience in decision making and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Quality/Manufacturing work experience.
- Experience with analytical testing and/or general compendia testing.
- Experience working with batch records and other GMP documentation.
- Demonstrated customer service focus.
