Initially remote, this position will transition to an onsite role at our facility in Holly Springs, NC. Position Summary:

  • As a Quality Control Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing data, troubleshooting issues, documenting procedures, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely initially, with eventual transition to an onsite position in Holly Springs, NC. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, evaluate, and approve analytical data to ensure quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot issues and communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Generate accurate documentation using electronic systems and laboratory notebooks.
  • Participate in audits, initiatives, and projects to drive continuous improvement.
  • Execute protocols for assay transfer/validation and equipment qualification to maintain compliance.
  • Evaluate lab practices for compliance and operational improvement, driving efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure proper execution of procedures and drive technology transfer for introducing new methods.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for data evaluation and troubleshooting.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders and convey complex information.
  • Proficiency in documentation using electronic systems and laboratory notebooks.
  • Experience in assay transfer/validation and equipment qualification to maintain compliance.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and operational improvement practices in quality control.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational excellence and introduce new methods.
  • Adaptability for transitioning to an onsite role and working in a fast-paced environment.
