Job Title: Quantity Surveyor II
Job Responsibilities:
- Validate construction costs, review estimates, and manage change orders for our client's construction projects.
- Identify cost and compliance risks during all project phases.
- Ensure technical compliance with project estimates and unit costs.
- Validate change work in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for the development of unit libraries for various construction projects.
- Administer and manage systems and databases relevant to the role.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on customer service, flexibility, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- High level of personal initiative and ability to interact positively with team members and external vendors.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and navigate through ambiguity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
