Job Title: Revenue Operations Lead

Job Summary: We are looking for a strategic contributor who will empower high-performing teams by translating growth strategies into actionable programs and processes. Responsibilities:

  • Translate high-level strategies into structured plans, optimizing host acquisition and retention while ensuring initiatives scale efficiently across diverse markets.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders to align projects, build cross-functional execution, and ensure programs remain on track with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct data analyses to identify business opportunities, track performance metrics, and deliver insights to inform leadership decisions.
  • Drive process improvement and automation in partnership with analytics, product, and systems teams, supporting growth and continuous improvement in operational workflows.

Experience/Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years in marketplace, growth, or supply operations, consulting, performance marketing, partnerships, or sales execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and business intelligence tools; experience with SQL and Tableau preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects, diagnose business challenges, and implement effective solutions.
  • Experience with SMB and B2B sales cycles and tools such as Salesforce or Gong, and strong project management capabilities.
