Job Title: Right of Way Agent III
Location: Jonesville, TX
Job Responsibilities:
- Acquire land and rights of way for new construction and operational projects in our client’s location.
- Develop preliminary pipeline routes, cost estimates, and project schedules.
- Prepare reports on easement rights, title updates, and landowner claims.
- Draft and negotiate legal agreements related to real property.
- Obtain necessary permits from private, local, state, and federal agencies.
- Handle damage claims through investigation, negotiation, and settlement.
Skills Required:
- Over 10 years of experience in land acquisition and permitting.
- Active notary public certification.
- Valid TREC ROW license.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in preparing legal and technical documents.
