Job Title: Technical Lead
Location: Hybrid work model (1 week on, 1 week off)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple SAP implementations as a Technical Lead and Architect, integrating both SAP and non-SAP systems
- Coordinate with offshore team members across various technology areas including SAP S/4HANA ABAP, Fiori, SLT, BTP, BASIS, Security, Technical Integrations, and MDG
- Provide expert knowledge in SAP S/4HANA ABAP development for various RICEFW and Fiori Objects
- Utilize SAP SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation) for Central Finance, including AIF framework
- Handle technical integration of various systems through middleware components
- Work with SAP BTP development for custom objects and integration to SAP S/4HANA and other systems
Skills Required:
- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in SAP technology, with at least 6-7 years as a Technical Lead
- Experience in designing and implementing at least 2-3 Central Finance (CFIN) programs
- Proficiency in SAP MDG for Central Finance
- Knowledge of integration with other modules, especially SAP Financials and SAP Materials Management
- Experience in data harmonization, data mapping, data validation, and reconciliations across various SAP and non-SAP systems
- Excellent client interaction, presentation skills, and ability to lead workshops
Preferred Certifications:
- Relevant certifications in S/4HANA ABAP, SLT, etc. are preferred.
