Job Title: SAP HR & Concur Functional Consultant
Location: Chattanooga, TN or Knoxville, TN – Hybrid
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration and integration of organizational structures, position management, and employee self-service in SAP HR.
- Translate business needs into effective travel and expense workflows in SAP Concur, ensuring alignment with finance and HR.
- Manage user roles, data synchronization, and master data activities across HR and Concur platforms.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, manage escalations, and perform regression testing during system upgrades.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and finance teams to ensure seamless integrations and data consistency.
Skills Required:
- 7-8 years of experience with SAP HR (SuccessFactors or ECC HCM) and SAP Concur.
- Strong ability to configure and integrate SAP HR modules.
- Proficient in analyzing business requirements and implementing workflows in SAP Concur.
- Experience in conducting training and workshops for diverse audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
