Job Title: Scientist
Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)
Join our team as a Cell Therapy Scientist and contribute to the development of groundbreaking cancer treatments. This role is perfect for those with a strong understanding of cell biology and a passion for developing state-of-the-art potency assays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop potency assays for early and late-stage development programs and train internal and external QC labs on these assays.
- Formulate scientific strategies to ensure regulatory acceptance of biological assays.
- Generate, document, and analyze experimental results.
- Oversee experimental design, execution, data review and analysis, and contribute to regulatory submissions.
- Present data and provide updates at project and program team meetings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on technical and strategic activities.
- Develop engineered cell lines to support assay development.
Skills Required:
- PhD in immunology, cell biology, or a related discipline (or MS with relevant experience).
- Experience in analytical assay development, preferably within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth understanding of cell biology, preferably T cell activation and suppression.
- Experience in developing cell-based assays.
- Knowledge of cGxP requirements is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
