Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid)
Duration: 9 Months with Possible Extension
Job Summary:
- Join our dynamic team as a Scrum Master, where you’ll play a pivotal role in risk mitigation and production support. You’ll be part of a full Scrum team, working on new projects in a hybrid work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate team ceremonies
- Be accessible during operational hours (typically 8AM-5PM EST, Monday -Friday)
- Collaborate with team members to overcome obstacles
- Foster a collaborative environment
- Provide leadership to the team
- Respect teammates
Skills Required:
- Proficient in facilitating meetings and discussions
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated servant leadership
- Proven conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptability and Scrum knowledge
- Agile coaching experience
Technical Skills:
- Technical Knowledge (UI/API/DB knowledge of each component and how they interrelate)
- Experience with tracking backlogs – (Jira/Azure DevOps)
- Familiarity with review logs / repos – (DevOps Tool: Jenkins, BitBucket)
- Leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- High problem-solving ability
- Conflict Resolution skills
