Job Title: Senior AEM Developer
Location: Strongsville, Ohio (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a talented technology professional to deliver hands-on solutions for AEM Forms engineering, supporting risk mitigation and digital transformation initiatives. Our team focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise form and workflow integrations for mission-critical operations.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain AEM Forms solutions including custom components, templates, and workflows.
- Integrate forms with enterprise systems and third-party platforms, ensuring robust API connectivity.
- Support both on-premise and cloud-based AEM implementations, addressing performance and troubleshooting production issues.
- Collaborate closely with designers, architects, and engineers across multidisciplinary teams to drive best practices and innovation.
Required:
- Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and hands-on AEM Forms engineering.
- Proven expertise in developing XDP Forms, Adaptive Forms, and HTML5 Forms, as well as AEM Custom Component development.
- Solid Java development skills, including experience with integrating AEM Forms with backend systems using APIs, and proficiency in XML/XSD, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with AEM Workbench, AEM Forms Designer, Sling & OSGi frameworks, Git, and build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
