Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Strategic Analytics and Finance division. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who is passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to influence strategic business decisions and drive financial performance. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the future growth and operational efficiency of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze historical data to provide insights for strategic decisions on supply growth and program design.
- Perform quantitative analyses, including ROI and scenario planning, to identify business opportunities and support resource prioritization.
- Develop forecasting models to assess business impact and budget.
- Establish financial reporting routines, track key metrics, and deliver reports to stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align strategies across Business, Operations, and Product.
- Provide ad hoc support for cross-functional initiatives.
Skills Required:
- 3+ years of experience in a quantitative field such as finance, economics, or data science.
- Background in strategic finance, business analytics, or consulting, preferably in a marketplace environment.
- Proficiency in modeling techniques and handling large datasets.
- Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., finance, economics, statistics, data science, operations).
