Seeking a Senior Engineer to Join Our Team (Hybrid Role)!

Competitive Pay Rate: $47/hr – 49/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Test Method Transfer: Oversee the seamless transfer of test methods to QC or manufacturing, ensuring compliance and documentation standards are met.
  • Project Implementation: Take charge of project implementation, adhering to company procedures, timelines, and budgets.
  • Methodology Development: Develop innovative test methodologies for medical devices and combination product systems, applying engineering principles.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize statistical analysis software to analyze data and support method development, validation, and transfer processes.
  • Equipment Design: Design and optimize tools and equipment essential for manufacturing processes using CAD software.
  • Process Optimization: Provide expert support for investigations and new process development to enhance manufacturing operations.
  • Cost Estimation: Develop accurate cost estimates for new processes, equipment, and gauge development to support project planning.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong root cause analysis skills
  • Proficient in technical writing
  • Excellent statistical background, with experience using software such as JMP or Minitab
  • CAD skills, particularly in SolidWorks or similar software
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in equipment validation and method development
  • Proven project management capabilities
