Job Title: Senior Product Review Engineer
Location: North Charleston, SC (Onsite)
Job Summary:
- Join our client as a Senior Product Review Engineer, where you’ll play a crucial role in resolving product and process issues throughout the product lifecycle. This position is 100% onsite and primarily involves working the 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 10 PM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize engineering principles to address and resolve product/process discrepancies.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop solutions for design non-conformances.
- Evaluate production discrepancies, including electrical, functional, and material issues.
- Represent engineering on the Material Review Board, addressing manufacturing concerns.
- Collaborate across functions to implement corrective actions and improve processes.
- Review and audit MRB activities with suppliers, both domestic and international.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in engineering roles.
- Experience with Material Review Board (MRB) processes.
- Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across multiple disciplines.
- Previous experience with airline or similar aerospace environments is a plus.
Education/Experience:
- Advanced technical education in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
- Typically requires 14+ years of related work experience or equivalent education and experience.
