Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer – Asset Management
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. This role will align business strategy with ServiceNow capabilities, propose, design, and configure ServiceNow solutions to address complex business needs. The successful candidate will be a part of the IT Service Engineering team, supporting IT Operations Management (ITOM) and/or Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define ServiceNow design patterns for enterprise IT Operations Management and/or Service and Asset Management.
- Develop and monitor ServiceNow hardware and software asset management (HAM/SAM).
- Ensure infrastructure designs and upgrades are made in accordance with established ITIL standards and platform governance patterns.
- Identify and establish best practices for ITSM Asset Management, configuration item discovery, service mapping, and common services data model (CSDM).
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow SACM, HAM, SAM, CMDB, Discovery.
- ServiceNow administrators certifications would be a plus.
