Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITSM Change Management)
Location: Strongsville, OH (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITSM Change Management to configure and implement the ServiceNow platform for Digital Product Release. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze workflows, and enhance system compatibility while ensuring seamless integration within the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their information processing and computation needs.
- Analyze job performance and processes to determine information flow.
- Link computer systems within the organization to enhance compatibility and information sharing.
- Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles.
- Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow.
- Configure and implement the Service Now platform specifically for Digital Product Release.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Service Now.
- Experience in Configuration/Development of ITSM Change Management.
- Experience in configuring and implementing Service Now.
- Agile Experience.
- Experience with cloud-based computing systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
