Job Title: Senior Turnaround Process & Performance Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead comprehensive initiatives focused on improving turnaround work processes and driving organizational capability. Our team values deep expertise in developing operational frameworks that deliver measurable improvements in performance, cost, and schedule management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and support the implementation of a complete turnaround work process across all lifecycle stages.
- Create standardized tools, templates, workflows, and detailed guidance to support turnaround activities.
- Facilitate improvement initiatives to streamline procedures and integrate governance frameworks, steering, and strategy teams.
- Partner with planning, scheduling, and cost teams to establish KPIs and reporting structures utilizing business intelligence dashboards.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Fifteen years of experience in turnaround planning, execution, or project controls.
- Proven skills in procedure development, workflow optimization, and documentation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of turnaround planning, readiness criteria, scheduling, and cost controls.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
