Job Title: Site Manager 5
Location: Lawrenceburg, Tennessee (Onsite)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee day-to-day facilities management in an acute hospital environment. Our team is dedicated to maintaining operational excellence and regulatory compliance while supporting staff and optimizing plant operations functions.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the plant operations team to ensure effective maintenance, financial management, safety, and regulatory compliance programs.
- Make decisions using in-depth knowledge of procedures, policies, and business practices to meet the organization’s needs.
- Provide oversight and support for maintenance projects and vendor activities, delivering critical services to facility operations.
- Ensure all building systems and equipment comply with applicable State, Federal, and Local regulations and safety standards.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision.
- Proven managerial background with responsibility for budgets and personnel oversight.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or work order systems.
- Relevant certifications such as CHFM, CPMM, CFM, or similar are strongly preferred due to the nature of the environment.
