Job Title: Site Manager 5
Location: Beckley, West Virginia (Onsite)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional who will take responsibility for site operations in an acute hospital environment. Our team is dedicated to ensuring effective oversight of facilities management, compliance, and operational excellence within healthcare settings.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the plant operations team to achieve optimal maintenance, safety, financial, and regulatory compliance outcomes.
- Make informed decisions aligned with company policies and business practices, maintaining compliance with service agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee financial performance related to operational facilities spend and ensure adherence to established budgets, recommending action plans as needed based on performance trends.
- Provide oversight and support in the delivery of maintenance, project management, and vendor activities, ensuring proper staff training and a safe work environment at all times.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision, with proven budget and personnel responsibilities.
- Experience in healthcare facilities and familiarity with compliance, survey preparation, EOC history, and CMMS systems.
- Strong skills in organization, staff management, communication, and presentation, with proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint.
- Relevant certifications such as CHFM, CPMM, CFM, or completion of a college degree in a related engineering field, formal apprenticeship, or technical trade school are highly preferred due to the nature of the role.
