Job Title: Solutions Architect
Join our team as a Solutions Architect and play a pivotal role in transforming the way medicine is made and delivered. We are seeking a tech-savvy professional with a strong background in HR technology, particularly Workday Extend. This role involves ideating, developing, and maintaining custom Workday extend applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ideate, develop, and maintain custom Workday extend applications.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for extended applications, including process flows and technical specifications.
- Serve as a Workday Extend expert, staying up-to-date with new releases and features.
- Manage the testing and deployment of Workday Extend applications.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring productivity and engagement.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR technology, with a focus on Workday Extend.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with Workday Extend.
- Knowledge of XML, XSLT, Web Services, SOAP, REST, JSON, Javascript, and other integration technologies.
- Experience with EIBs, Packaged Connectors, Webservices, and other integration tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
