Job Summary:
- Are you a seasoned professional in sourcing and procurement, with a knack for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail? We’re looking for a Sourcing & Procurement Manager to join our team in Warren, NJ. This hybrid role requires on-site presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze procurement and finance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on procurement activities and supplier performance.
- Utilize procurement software to streamline processes and maintain accurate data in ERP systems.
- Collaborate with category teams to evaluate, select, and manage suppliers.
- Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collect documentation, request quotations, and negotiate terms with suppliers.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-7+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or engineering.
