Role Overview:

  • As a Senior Associate Digital Manufacturing, you will play a pivotal role in leading various smart manufacturing technologies and computerized systems improvement initiatives within our manufacturing facilities. You will have the opportunity to provide technical leadership, oversee critical processes, and drive the design, implementation, and validation of digital technologies. Your contributions will be instrumental in supporting our operations towards a more digital future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support and project management for smart manufacturing technology and computerized systems.
  • Lead the implementation of smart manufacturing technology initiatives, prioritizing projects to support manufacturing operations.
  • Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to provide insights into business-critical KPIs and optimize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • Act as a key liaison between manufacturing and cross-functional teams, representing the business in digital manufacturing projects.
  • Serve as the first line Subject Matter Expert (SME) for smart manufacturing technology and computerized systems.
  • Support global harmonization efforts for digital manufacturing, including system configuration, validation, and investigations.
  • Drive training initiatives to ensure effective adoption of new digital manufacturing processes by end-users.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Digital Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience in implementing MES, ERP, SCADA, and other digital manufacturing systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics, process performance, and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with GMP environment and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
