Competitive Pay Rate: $31/hr – $33/hr

At the forefront of healthcare innovation, we’re dedicated to advancing clinical research and improving patient outcomes. Our Research & Development Supplier Governance (RDSG) team is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Associate Supplier Governance to join us.

Position Overview:

  • As our Senior Associate Supplier Governance, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence of our supplier oversight efforts. You’ll review supplier qualifications, facilitate governance meetings, and maintain critical tools and systems essential for our R&D operations. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and collaborate with a global team committed to driving healthcare innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Governance Leads to manager issues related to supplier performance, including date entry & reporting from IMS
  • Measure supplier performance – provide feedback to internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Support identification and implementation of best practices from company’s functions and therapeutics areas
  • Conduct periodic surveys and address pertinent business issues
  • Contribute to departmental and cross functional initiatives and special projects as identified by management or business needs
  • Manage supplier work orders and purchase orders
  • Lifecycle management, SOW negotiations, execution, ongoing budge review, and PO closure
  • Support activation/deactivation of supplier staff

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong experience with SharePoint, Teams, and Smart Sheets, with a proven track record of ownership, maintenance, and modifications.
  • Confident ability to take detailed meeting minutes and anticipate expectations and needs for meetings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the capability to lead projects and prioritize multiple assignments.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to provide analyses and recommendations to support team management.
