Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer and Developer

Join our team as a Senior UI/UX Designer and Developer, where you'll bridge the gap between design and development, creating user-centric digital applications that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually engaging, user-friendly applications with a focus on usability, performance, and high availability.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform user requirements into stunning, intuitive interfaces.
- Utilize front-end technologies like React and Next.js to build interactive, responsive web applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs and enhance user satisfaction.
- Create and test interactive prototypes to validate design decisions and ensure effective user flows.
- Integrate innovative design elements into web interfaces to create cohesive and visually appealing digital experiences.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Centered Design, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of UI/UX design and development experience, preferably in financial services or tech industries.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Node.js.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
