Job Title: Staff Expeditor
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the expediting deliverables for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects from the approval of a purchase order to project closeout.
- Track and manage the receipt, inspection, approval, and return of all contract-required deliverables.
- Monitor and report on the supplier’s production schedule to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare and present schedule updates and status reports to the project team.
- Manage material deliveries to multiple sites and act as a liaison between the supplier and site personnel.
- Ensure final documentation is submitted for completion of payment milestones.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field, and 3 years of direct experience in project procurement expediting. Relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of Primavera scheduling reports and the use of material/submittal tracking software is preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and support multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be team-oriented and able to work with limited supervision.
