Job Title: Staff Project Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for our client, handling strategic planning, client coordination, scope management, and budgeting.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to closeout, including planning, estimating, engineering, procurement, and construction management.
- Lead multiple concurrent projects, including overhead transmission and substation projects ranging from 34.5kV to 500kV.
- Collaborate with technical teams to establish a construction sequence for inter-related projects.
- Maintain detailed project financials and schedules with support from cost analyst and project scheduling teams.
- Lead a cross-functional team to execute substation, transmission line, and telecommunication projects.
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 4 years of project management or design engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Advanced certifications such as PE License or PMP Certification are preferred.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and professional etiquette.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple groups of different disciplines to achieve results.
