Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst 1
Location: Beaverton, OR
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding process for accounts to enable ordering and data transmission through EDI.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration including meetings, deadlines, key stages, issues, and required documentation.
- Track all project statuses and provide updates at various meetings to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Provide clear and concise communications around updates to the EDI Onboarding Process.
- Understand, evaluate, and consult on issues as they arise and implement solutions that speed up decision enablement and drive productivity and profitability.
- Develop and maintain close collaboration with key partners across our client’s matrix (Sales, Global Tech, Center Serve, Customer Master Data and Compliance, Testing).
Skills Required:
- Digital literacy: MS office, advanced Excel, SAP, Cognos, and Tableau.
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
- Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience, 5-7 preferred.
- Performance Management, Supply Chain Operations, S&OP, Finance, or related experience preferred.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and partners to drive a best-in-class customer service.
- Innovative mentality in a very volatile and fast-growing market and proven track record in leading and delivering process improvement.
