Job Title: Supply Chain Associate

Location: Thousand Oaks, CA

Join our vibrant cell culture team as a Supply Chain Associate! We’re on the hunt for a driven individual who flourishes in a high-energy, team-oriented environment. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting large-scale cell-based projects that are key to our client’s success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Distribution and Manage Complaints: Assist Global Supply Planners and Logistics Service Providers, utilize Smartsheet and SharePoint, and collaborate with clinical site staff and Quality teams to document and resolve distribution complaints.
  • Oversee Sales Orders and Shipments: Handle clinical drug shipments using an ERP system, create customs invoices, track shipments, and carry out reconciliation tasks such as closing Proof of Receipt (POR).
  • Review Temperature Data and Make Decisions: Examine temperature data from drug shipments, evaluate temperature excursions, and work with Quality teams to make usage decisions.
  • Communicate with Customers and Report: Interact with study managers and pharmacy staff, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), discuss trends, and assist with corrective actions.
  • Participate in Projects and Reconcile Products: Engage in cross-functional international meetings, manage the return and reconciliation of investigational products, and contribute to distribution improvement initiatives.

Skills Required:

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as 21 CFR Part 11
  • Knowledge of SAP (or other relevant ERP systems)
  • Experience with Quality Management Tracking Systems (QMTS)
  • Degree in Supply Chain or related Discipline
  • Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical supply chain
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams. Strong analytical skills, a process-oriented approach, and a commitment to quality, thriving in both independent and collaborative settings.
