Job Title: System Specialist/Software Developer II
Location: Houston, TX
We are on the hunt for a seasoned System Specialist/Software Developer II with a strong background in BMC Helix. This full-time role is perfect for a professional with a deep understanding of BMC Helix Digital Workplace, Business Workflows, Innovation Studio, ITSM, and Remedy AR System. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our service management capabilities, supporting integrations, and ensuring the stability and performance of our BMC Helix environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain BMC Remedy workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, Developer Studio, Innovation Suite, and DWP Catalog.
- Develop and maintain BMC Helix Business Workflows and Digital Workplace solutions.
- Lead architecture, configuration, and deployment of BMC Helix solutions.
- Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across the full technology stack.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
Skills Required:
- 3+ years of BMC Helix/Remedy development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with BMC Remedy/Helix platforms.
- Proven track record in enterprise ITSM implementations and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM architecture, data model, workflows, and forms.
- Experience with BMC Digital Workplace and Business Workflows.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with BMC Innovation Studio.
- Familiarity with BMC Remedy ITSM integrations.
- REST API Experience is a big plus.
