Job Title: Hybrid Systems Programmer/Analyst – Part Remote
Location: Columbia, SC (2 days on-site weekly, including Tuesdays)
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Occasional overtime/weekends)
Contract Type: Contract-to-Hire (3–6 months)
Pay Rate: $75/hr (Negotiable)

Responsibilities:
- Maintain system infrastructure integrity.
- Develop and debug system software.
- Provide technical and disaster recovery support.
- Analyze user workflows for optimization.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to gather system insights.
- Collaborate with teams to understand customer needs.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR
- 4 years of relevant work experience OR
- 2 years of relevant work experience with an Associate’s degree.
Required Work Experience:
- 8+ years of IT experience, including systems programming.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with Microsoft products and Azure.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Understanding of operating systems and architecture.
- Knowledge of systems programming, GUIs, control languages, and integration.
- Skills in documentation, requirements gathering, and process flow creation.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Background in UX analysis and process optimization.
- Experience in technical documentation and process flow creation.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced, multi-platform environment.
- May require after-hours or weekend support.
