Job Title: Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist – Junior
Location: Framingham, MA
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, enhancing our client’s employment brand.
- Support multiple recruiters and distribution centers in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate and schedule both onsite and virtual interviews.
- Draft and send offer letters, and track pre-hire background checks.
- Communicate proactively with candidates and internal teams via email, phone, and text.
- Manage applicant flow and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong multitasking abilities in a high-volume setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
