Job Title: Talent Management Coordinator
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
- We’re on the hunt for a meticulous Talent Management Coordinator to bolster our regional talent management strategies. This role is a blend of project coordination, operations, and administrative expertise, designed to elevate our talent programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee logistics for learning events and workshops, including communications, room booking/setup, materials distribution, and attendee management
- Handle meeting coordination, including scheduling, agendas, setup, and technical support
- Support program execution and participant experience
- Maintain efficient calendar management and scheduling
- Act as a liaison to the Corporate Events team and point of contact for attendee management
- Execute day-to-day talent management offerings, including prep materials, communications, event management, and other logistics
- Track projects and key initiatives using central management tools in partnership with the project team and stakeholders
- Manage team communications and ongoing cross-functional stakeholder updates
- Handle contract administration and follow-up activities, including tracking deliverables and maintaining documentation
- Process and maintain vendor agreements
- Manage invoice approval workflow and budget tracking
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in project coordination or a similar role
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite, Workday, and Airtable
- Experience with virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Miro, Asana)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in contract administration and vendor management
- Customer-focused mindset
- Collaborative team player
- Self-motivated with strong initiative
- Growth-oriented with eagerness to learn
Preferred Qualities:
- Background in talent management or HR operations
- Experience with vendor management
- Knowledge of learning and development programs
