Role Overview:
As an Technical Lead, you will play a vital role in providing support for cloud-based enterprise applications, with a particular focus on iValua certification. You will execute day-to-day maintenance activities, manage client requirements, and drive process efficiency through automation. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams, lead client-facing meetings, and participate in solution implementation using Agile-SCRUM methodologies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2/3 application support for cloud-based enterprise applications, with expertise in iValua
  • Execute day-to-day maintenance activities, including process design and package implementation lifecycle support
  • Identify, document, and manage client business/functional requirements
  • Assess client requirements and build product-specific functional specifications
  • Drive efficiency through continuous improvement of business processes and task automation
  • Collaborate with diverse onshore/offshore teammates on software development and agile methodologies
  • Lead client-facing meetings and workshops, presenting key solution designs and technology architecture concepts
  • Work as part of a team to implement solutions in an Agile-SCRUM framework by writing epics and user stories

What We’re Looking For:

  • iValua certification (required)
  • Deep functional knowledge of iValua modules: S2P, Contracts, Procurement, OK2P Process, Supplier Management
  • End-to-end support/application maintenance experience on iValua, including content management, change requests, user access management, supplier enablement, and reporting
  • Understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM, and service desk management
  • Proficiency in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement concepts
  • Three years’ experience in post-production, managed services support, or consulting with iValua applications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university MBA or MIS preferred
